Do you feel like you aren’t getting paid enough at your job?

You work long hours or you work in a high stress environment and you feel underpaid and under-appreciated.

[Well, if so, stop and read about how to fix that in the 2 part series about finding success at your W2.]

Success in W2 Life Part 1

Are you still in the same pay grade year after year?

But what if I told you that you are likely leaving an entire year’s pay raise in free money just sitting out there. Thousands of dollars that is for you and you are just letting it pass by.

Even in my niche world of corporate life that is full of highly-educated people who specialize in finances, it is extremely rare to find someone who is taking full advantage of all the free work benefits. And even those who do, they often have put no thought into how to optimize their decisions or even have a basic plan.

If you would like an additional 1-to-few percent higher salary, often for minimal effort, EVERY SINGLE YEAR, then you need to read this.

Fs I Give - BowTiedF'er's Financial Advice (And Other Rants) - don’t be a dummy, subscribe to get a huge ROI on your money

[Note - Every year in the 4th quarter is annual enrollment for your medical, dental, etc benefits. Every year most people wait till the last minute and just opt into the same elections they did every year. Wrong move. Take the time to read your benefit documents. Write down notes and questions. Reach out to your benefits area to get your questions answered.

Benefits make up 30-40% of your total cost to a company. And you can’t be bothered to even understand something that is 1/3 of your total salary. Pathetic]
